B2In Consulting® is a consulting company, based in NYC, founded in 2018.
Our team of consultants is based in the USA.
We work with different partners either based in the US or in France, Belgium, Spain and Switzerland.
THE FOUNDER
Philippe ANDRES, CEO and founder of B2In Consulting® has acquired a great international and managerial experience within different entities, especially focused on Telecommunications and High Technologies.
ANDRES worked many years in Europe and in the USA within the European Telco Orange (previously named France Telecom) pursuing a very diversified career in different high level positions within different domains such as Operations, Human Resources, Innovation and Marketing.
He is a Certified Scrum Master, is an Accredited member of the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants® (AASBC) and a member of the Institute of Management Consultants USA.
He was a Board Member of France Telecom and principal private secretary of the Chairman, Board Member of La Poste, the French Postal Service, Group Bull and Innovacom a venture capital firm owned by Orange.
He also worked for the French Department in charge of Finances, Industry and Telecommunications and became adviser of the Minister for Industry and Telecommunications, and the administrative and financial manager of this Department in 1995.
Philippe ANDRES holds an engineering degree from a French engineer school and a MBA from the French University Panthéon-Sorbonne. He also obtained a bachelor’s degree in science at the Pierre & Marie Curie University in Paris.
Knight of the French Legion of Honor and the French National Order of Merit, he was also auditor at the French "Institut des Hautes Etudes de Defense Nationale" and he is reserve colonel in the French Air Force.
